Terms & Conditions

Chromate provides objective third-party analytical services including analysis and interpretation (the "Lab Services") to you, the client, subject solely to the terms herein (this "Agreement"). The order of Lab Services by the client consitutes an acceptance of this Agreement.

Chromate specializes in the analysis of health, fitness and lifestyle supplements and research chemicals (the "sample"). By utilizing the Lab Services, you certify that the sample to be sent for analysis is:

    • NOT a human specimen
      NOT a controlled substance
      NOT infectious, NOR an immunogen
      NON-HAZARDOUS

  • Chromate reserves the right to refuse to accept or to rescind acceptance of any sample which, in the sole opinion of Chromate, is of insufficient volume, is not in conformity with the standards set forth by Chromate, or is likely to pose any unreasonable risk in handling or in analyzing. Prior to the delivery and acceptance of the sample, the entire risk of loss or damage to the sample remains with the client.

Chromate will perform the Lab Services consistent with its laboratory quality assurance standard operating procedures. It shall be your exclusive responsibility to confirm that Chromate’s standard practices will meet your needs prior to placing an order for work. Chromate reserves the right to contract qualified third-party labs (the "Partners") which meet or exceed Chromate's standards. In the event that a job is outsourced, the only client information Chromate transfers to its Partners is the client email address and sample. Upon completion of work, you will be provided online access to test results via Chromate's Client Portal or an equivalent from one of Chromate's Partners.

In no event shall Chromate or its Partners have any responsibility or liability to the client for any failure or delay in performance by Chromate or its Partners which results, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from any cause or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Chromate or its Partners. Such causes and circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, acts of God, acts of the client, strikes or other labor disputes, natural disasters, accidents, wars, civil disturbances, equipment breakdown, highly contaminated samples that impact instrument operation, unavailability of supplies from usual suppliers, difficulties or delays in transportation, mail or delivery services, or any other cause beyond Chromate’s or its Partners' reasonable control.

Chromate reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. It is important to check this page frequently to stay up to date on the latest changes. By continuing to use the Lab Services after new revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Agreement.
